Resource-Based
    • Individual technology resources are available at the sole discretion of the client with no specific deliverables and are billed on an hourly basis. Minimum of 90-day engagement
    • Hybrid model. A mix of near-shore resources and US-based resources for a particular client. This provides a mix of skill sets and a dynamic team structure

Project-Based

    • Complete project ownership with specific deliverables, milestones, and accountability
    • Project billed on a times & material (T&M) basis
    • Scope well defined and locked, including business requirements, MVP
    • Changes in scope are handled through a change order
Application Maintenance & Support
